Shipping and returns policy
Items purchased from Kitts Customs can be returned within 3 days after receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and check it as
The product must be in the same condition as you received it and without any damage type. You can remove the product from its packaging, unless it is sealed.
If you decide to return the items, you will need to notify us by filling in the return form below this text. You can also let us know that you want to return your order by sending an email to email@example.com.
Please note that you must send the items back within the next 7 following days of informing us.
Processing your devolution
After we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund.
To request the return you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number.
When we receive the mail, you will have a maximum period of 7 days to send the product.
Upon receipt of the product, the KittsCustoms team will review it and if everything arrived in good condition, the refund will be made.
The refund may not include: The cost of shipping the product, and 20% of the product price will be deducted for administrative expenses.
The money will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless you prefer otherwise.
The refund will be paid within a maximum period of 10 days after receiving the product.
You will have to cover the costs of the return yourself. Shipping costs may vary according to the type of product, origin and destination of the shipment.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded
